Yarrabilba 4207 has gone from bushland to one of South East Queensland’s biggest master planned communities in little over a decade, and it is still filling out. The trade off for a brand new home is a compact block, a single or tandem garage, and estate covenants that often rule out parking a caravan or boat in the front yard. That leaves a lot of households looking for somewhere close by to put the things that will not fit. Our Logan Village facility is around ten minutes up Yarrabilba Drive and Waterford Tamborine Road, with drive-up units for household overflow and open hardstand for trailers, vans and boats. Buccan sits between Logan Village and Logan Reserve on mostly rural residential blocks, and nearly every property has a shed. The problem is that a shed is rarely as big as the amount of gear an acreage generates. Ride-ons, trailers, horse floats, tools, feed, building materials left over from the last project and a boat that only comes out in summer all compete for the same slab. Storing the seasonal and low use items off site frees the shed for the things you actually need daily. We are a few minutes down Waterford Tamborine Road, gated and monitored, with hardstand for anything on wheels and clean internal units for what needs to stay dry. Jimboomba 4280 is the commercial anchor for the rural pocket west of us, taking in Cedar Grove, Woodhill and the Flagstone growth corridor. It is also full of people who run a business from a residential address. Landscapers, builders, mobile mechanics and equipment hire operators end up storing stock and tools at home until the driveway becomes the yard. A storage unit gives you a separate, secure base for materials and equipment without committing to a commercial lease and the outgoings that come with it. From Jimboomba we are roughly twenty minutes east via Cusack Lane and Camp Cable Road, close enough for a morning pickup on the way to site. Rural households use us the same way, for seasonal gear, furniture between moves and vehicles that have outgrown the shed.

We are based on Quinzeh Creek Road, in the middle of a suburb that is changing faster than its name suggests. The old village around the Village Green and the Albert River is still there, but new estates are going in around the edges, which means a steady stream of people moving, building, renovating or downsizing. Storage tends to be a short term need in that situation. A unit for six weeks between settlement dates, somewhere for the furniture while the floors go in, or a spot for a parent’s belongings during a move into town. Being local means you are minutes away rather than driving to Beenleigh or Loganholme, and 24/7 gated access means you can drop something off after work without booking a time.

How can I book a storage unit?

Outdoor storage is a hardstand space – a marked, surfaced bay inside our secure yard rather than an enclosed shed. You drive in, park your caravan, boat, trailer, truck or oversized gear in your allocated bay, and access it 24/7. It’s the most cost-effective option for anything that already lives outdoors and doesn’t fit a standard driveway. Bays are 17m²-40m², and can fit from a small hatchback, all the way up to a caravan. If you’re unsure if your vehicle will fit, contact us today..

Our units range from 9m² up to 50m². As a rough guide, 9m² fits the contents of a one-bedroom unit or a decent garage clear-out, around 15–18m² suits a two to three-bedroom home, 24–30m² handles a full four-bedroom household, and 50m² is closer to a double garage, big enough for a five-bedroom move, business stock, or a car plus furniture. If you’re unsure, call us with a rough list of what you’re storing and we’ll size it for you. It’s cheaper than paying for space you don’t use.

Yes, access is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The site is CCTV monitored and perimeter fenced, and you are the only one with access to your unit. We have two entry points, Industrial Ave and Quinzeh Creek Road, so you can drive right up to your unit or hardstand bay and unload without carting things across the site.

No. Storage is month to month, with no lock-in contracts. Plenty of our customers book for a few weeks during a move or renovation, others stay for years. You can book online in a few minutes and existing customers pay online too.

We’re on Quinzeh Creek Road in Logan Village, which puts us within easy reach of Yarrabilba, Jimboomba, Waterford, Bethania, Beenleigh, Cedar Grove and the wider Logan area. Being on this side of Logan means you avoid the run into Loganholme or Browns Plains, most customers are here within 10-15 minutes.
